The German powerhouse mousesports won at their home court against mTw in Intel Friday Night Game. Group B's final match was, as expected, pretty close and intense. mTw had the best start, winning the T-side 10-5 at dust2. Switching sides, however, mousesports managed to win 11-4 and, thereby, the map with the total score 16-14. Changing map to inferno, many Danes must have thought that their countrymen from mTw would lose the match. mTw has shown bad play at inferno lately, having lost the map with a major margine to roccat and Ideal. zonic & Co., however, proved everyone wrong by playing quite well at the map. Even though it was very close, mTw won the map with 16-13. The third and final map was nuke. The Germans started as T and were dominating from the first second of the map. They slipped through mTw's defence with ease, crushing them with 13-2. As CT, mousesports quickly won the gunround and the two following rounds, closing the match with 16-2 and a total score of 2-1.
With the victory, mousesports places themselves as number one in group B which means they're directly qualified to the LAN finals of Extreme Masters. It also means that we now know, who's playing in the playoffs. We can expect to see following matches:
